Complaint against Opodo
After booking a flight a realised my assistant had accidentally booked to many bags, resulting in an overspend of £300. The website is very confusing. Sadly they will not allow me to remove the bags and they have been fantastically unhelpful and rude. I am not 100% sure I am talking to a real person as all I am hearing is the same 'we can't help you' over and over again. I do feel the website is confusing and one wrong keystroke has cost hundreds of pounds. The mistake was spotted a fee hours later and I must admit I was under the impression their was a 'cooling off period' for just these situations. Sadly not with Opodo they cant do anything to help me and that is their final answer. It feels a bit shady to me!
