Opodo has over charged me for flights I didn't choose

I have purchased 4 business class tickets to cancun from opodo. But they have issued me a confirmation email for flights I didn't choose and have also overcharged me for those flights by £444. I have emailed and called them daily for the last 2 weeks and have been told that they are looking into my query. They ask me to send them documentation which I have done so on many occasions only to be told they haven't received it even though I have received a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of my email.
