[LAPSED] Opodo made me pay for my ticket several times

Complaint against Opodo

I had ordered a ticket for my mother who wanted to go back to her country to see her mother (who had cancer), after my grandmothers condition worsened my mother wanted to change a ticket to a sooner date, this was not possible according to Opodo and we had to purchace another ticket completely (because changing the date of the first one was more expensive than buying a new ticket). This happened again meaning we had to buy a ticket three times, spending nearly £1000 on what would have been a ticket under £300.
