Opodo not passing on baggage payment to Ryanair
Complaint against Opodo
I booked flights through opodo. As the flight was with Ryanair, I needed to book additional baggage- which I did through the opodo website. Upon arrival at the airport- Ryanair had no record of my payment- I therefore needed to pay 100 euros to get my baggage on the plane. Once home I spoke to opodo- who confirmed I had already paid and would be refunded. Long story short that was 4 1/2 weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails and repeat evidence- have been placed on hold with no answer- and promised follow up coraspondance but have received nothing and no sign of the refund I was promised.
