Opodo switches websites when making payment, causing higher priced tickets!

I went on the opodo.com and booked a ticket to the USA. I got a GENIUS deal in Euro's which I promptly paid. When I looked at my paypal account and did the calculations, it became evident that I was charged in British Pounds, making the deal about $200 more than was advertised! I contacted opodo within 24 hours to get a refund and filled out their refund claim form as the price was still up there cheaper than what I paid for. They responded by saying that I do not fulfill the refund claim since (one of the conditions, which are very weighed against the consumer) it is their company and not another company which has a lower price, ergo NO REFUND!! My question to all reading this, have you had this experience of bait and switch? Thinking of getting a few customers who this happened to and get a class ACTION LAWSUIT ASAP? Anyone? Please contact me! This is happening I am sure to a sizable minority of the 18 million people using this crooked site!! If you are a lawyer, I would be glad to add my name to this lawsuit!
