Complaint against Opodo
So on 13th may 2015 I booked flights to Alicante but recieved no email confirmation for the flights, I spoke to Opodo and they said it can take upto 4 hours to recieve an email confirmation, 4 hours later and no email, so I phoned Opodo who told me that the flights arent available and would give me a refund, I spoke to Barclays who said I had to give Opodo 7 working days to refund me. This is the deadline day and guess what, no refund. I rang Opodo who said that the money is not in there account and theres nothing they can do. I am now £1075 out of pocket with a mortgage and bills to pay, plus no holiday as Opodo have my holiday money, I feel robbed and ashamed that this can happen and will never use Opodo again and will let everybody know this.
