Complaint against Siesta Holidays
My complaint are that first of all we were over priced by your hostes making the food on the way to our hoildays and we know this because on the way back home we had a different hostes and she was only charging half the price of the first lady and when we addressed the matter this lady said we had been over charged. Secondly when we arrived at our destination in Spain the cabin we had to sleep in were not clean. 1: there were Uraine stains all over the bed protectors 2: there were mould in some off the rooms 3: some of the pots were dirty and not clean 4: the electric kept tripping out 5: some off the staff on the resort were disrespectful especially the manager rep for siesta Overall I have had a very bad experience with this hoildays and I will not be using them again or recommending, I have used seista for seven year and I have never felt so dirty and ignored in one of there accomaditons. When we spoke to the reps on site about these problems they were brushed aside and ignored Kind regards Nathan howcroft
