[RESOLVED] - Charged for flight twice

Complaint against eDreams

I tried to book a flight from Newcastle to Bristol and went through all the details including card details. At the very end a msg came up saying due to a problem they could not process my booking and to start again. I then booked direct with easyjet. I find myself now in the position of having paid twice. I have contacted e Dreams and all I get is acknowledgement of msg and no further contact. Same with easyjet.
