9 Hour Delay with NO INFORMATION - Still No Compensation!

Complaint against Monarch

My partner and I travelled with Monarch from Grenoble to London Gatwick and experience of a delay of 9 hours. We were given no information on our delayed flight for 6 hours, and were forced to sit outside for the entire time due to the size of the airport we were delayed in. Monarch have refused to take responsibility, and have continually ignored my complaints. We missed a friend's wedding reception as a result of the delayed flight, and were also heavily fined for parking. Not to mentioned we sat outside on the floor for 9 hours without any idea of when we might be leaving.
