Lack of customer respect both during and post delay.
Complaint against Monarch
With so many people having to resort to court action to obtain the statutory compensation levels established under EU law 261/2004 this firm (Monarch Airlines) are a disgrace. They also show a complete lack of care/information during delays and their customer care post delay is non existent. They are happy to take your money for flights however when things go wrong they 'disappear'.
