Jet2 technical fault delay over 5 hours

Complaint against Jet2.com

Delayed in July for over 5 hours . I have now written three times since their one response to me in the middle of September, no reply from them even though they lost their Court appeal. Delayed again on January 6 th with Jet 2 because of a technical fault. Eight hours on a plane and only children given water, adults had to pay, the flight should have been just over 4 hours. They legally owe me compensation and are ignoring my letters. Extremely poor customer service.
