Owed a refund, took a fee, and keep making excuses not to pay, just process the refund!!!
Complaint against Travelup
We booked a flight through Travelup and within just a couple of days the flight has a major change and we requested an immediate refund. The funds were due on 17 April, 6 weeks after the booking, i know fast hey, and since then they have made excuse after excuse not to pay the money back, like they needed to double check the details (they have them) a member of was no longer working there (someone else could process?) and i had to wait another 5 days for them to start work and then a further 5 days until they would be able to process the payment. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
