Complaint against easyBus

I prebooked 3 tickets for Paris to CDG airport. Only one bus turned up within the three hours we waited at pick up point. It was obvious that once the earlier booked passengers got on there was not going to be any room for myself ant two teens. When i asked what the driver was going to do about it he just kept saying " i dont give a shit" which made all passengers rather angry. He made it clear no more buses were coming and he couldn't contact anyone re providing another bus. He then became verbally toward my 17 year old, he stated that people like her with coloured hair and nose piercings should not be allowed on the bus anyway! She was so incensed she spat at him and he slapped her so hard across the face he sent her flying causing damage to her glasses and phone! We were so shocked that an employee could behave in this way and also leave us stranded in Paris. Luckily my family allowance went in early and i was able to pay for a taxi, otherwise i dread to think how we would have managed. I sent an email to customer services, a recorded letter to head office with copies of my ticket and taxi fare but thus far no response. This happened on 18th July and had totally spoilt our trip to paris. The idea was to help my daughter as she has a diagnosis of anxiety and depression but , unfortunately this episode has effected her mental well being , she is now wearing bent glasses and has no phone to keep in contact. All in all i wish we had remained in the UK. Regards Mrs Parry
