easyBus airport minibus did not come at all

Complaint against easyBus

I had reservation with easyBus for 8:20, 19.01.2015. A bus arrived at 8:30, and the driver took only passengers with 8:00 reservation. It was one minibus for about 50 people. The minibus can take up to 13 people. Even if there was a second one, probably not everyone would've gotten into it. Since I had a plain to catch I waited angrily until 9:10 and then took a cab in order not to miss my flight. Add to that, the driver of the previous bus(which I assume was terribly late), was very impolite and had bad command of the English language. I did not miss my flight, however, but I har to run through security and stuff.
