Complaint against Virgin Trains
I was stuck sitting in the gangway on a packed Virgin East Coast train from London KX to Leeds on Christmas Eve. The train was then delayed for 3 hours whilst on board. I was promised compensation but this has never been provided. They claim they sent the cheque but I have no evidence of that. I've tried emailing customer services and tweeting but they are completely useless. SOS.
