My Journey on Virgin East Coast was delayed for over 2 hrs on 21.09.15. Still awaiting my refund

Complaint against Virgin Trains

On the 21.09.2015, I travelled on a Virgin East Coast train from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh (Ref: KGT4XR7N). Due to a problem on the rail line my train was delayed for over 2 hours and instead of arriving at Edinburgh Waverley at 12:11hrs, the train arrived at 14:40hrs. We were told to pick up a Delay Repay leaflet, which I did and I completed it and posted it to the Repay Delay department, with my ticket attached, when I returned to London on the 24.0915. Today is the 28.10.15 over a month later and I have not heard anything from anyone at Virgin East Coast. What is even more annoying is the fact that I wrote a complaint to them two weeks ago and they still didn't have the courtesy to get back to me. I now want my full refund, plus compensation for the really shabby way in which Virgin East Coast has treated me.
