Complaint against Virgin Trains

I travel today from Kings cross to Edinburgh (ticket no 032704839708788) at 0615.today (24th Oct 16) I am 73 years old heart and diabetes patient. There was no heating and wifi in the train. It was a direct train but , all the passengers had to change in New castle. Train was late for over 30 minutes. Difficult for me to carry baggage from one train to other train. Because of the delay I had to came home by taxi from waverly station. It was very painful and expensive journey for this old pensioner. May I ask you to look in to my complain and compensate me.
