my daughter and friend when on the mega bus on the 22nd of may 2015.on receiving her automated email with details it stated that the bus would set of for there destination at 3.45am on the Friday morning 22nd of may I think it was disgusting that the bus didn't turn up until 5.oopm you can allow the odd ten minutes but one hour and fifteen mins is not right. my daughter and her friend arrived at wakefield/woolley edge at three thirty and didn't board the the bus until after five am the reservation number was (s2)7/8-7578-220515-m20-0345-woo-lon and return 9s202/3-2070-240515-m12-1500-lon-woo the return journey they at to be at londonvictoria 1 hour before the pick for return journey I wonder if they had been a hour late you would have waited for them I think it was bad customer service not to let customers know that the bus would be delayed could you please let me know why the bus was so late I think its is bad customer service and you have a list of who is boarding the bus wouldn't it have been good manners to say bus was delayed kim Wilson
