Complaint against National Express

Please understand, this isn't a complaint but I just made a reservation to use your services and after printing it out notice the times are not what we want. I hope you will help us. my husband is 84 and we both are not that good on a computer. We arrive in Southampton cruise terminal on May 18th,2019 and we requested info to get to London Victoria Coach Station, that's great but we don't know if we can get off the cruise ship that early. We thought we put the time departure for 9.20am but looking at the ticket, it says departure is 7.05 am. I contacted the cruise company and they said the ship gets in at 6 am but it could be up to THREE hours before we can disembark. Please help us, we don't know what to do now. our email is [email protected] Thank you.
