late baggage and missed transport to plymouth

Complaint against National Express

I arrived back from holidays on the 3rd March, Flight No 9W 0621,this flight was already delayed, I had half an hour to get my coach to Plymouth,but my baggage got miss laid , we where on turntable 8 , asked at the desk about my baggage , was told it got misslayed in baggage area, and that it was on turntable 10 and 11,after 2 hours they turned up, by this time ive miss my transport to Plymouth, on checking with National Express was told the was nothing till next day, (Im 83 years old on crutch awaiting hip operation in pain getting very little help from any staff,) in the end i had to get home with my wife to Plymouth, the only answer i could see was to book a car and put in clam , could you please till what i have to do, or point me in the right direction,
