No love lost with National Express

Complaint against National Express

I booked a coach with National Express to travel from Leicester to London at 2:30 pm on Valentine's Day. At 3pm I was told the coach "would arrive in 15 minutes", but at 3:20 - still no coach. After waiting for 45 minutes they finally announced that the coach "might" arrive at 4 pm. I had a pressing engagement in London and could not afford to wait around for National Express to deliver, and was forced to spend £40 on a train back to London. Surely a full bus of passengers deserve a replacement coach? It is unacceptable to wait an hour and a half with little or no information. Do National Express care at all about their customers?
