What do you mean this coach has no driver?
Complaint against National Express
21/11/14 coach from London to Leeds departing at 6pm. The coach did not leave until 6.30. Journey otherwise going well until we reach a rest stop to do a quick change of driver. Alas, we had no new driver and were further delayed by one whole hour! It was supposed to take 4hours and 30minutes, ended up taking over 6 hours. Unique bus reference code : YD9
