Complaint against National Express
I literally travelled all around the world, from North Korea to Mexico, from South Africa to Canada. Nothing similar happened in my life before. A totally messed up company, with no idea of what "customer service" is. Calling (3 times) and sending e-mails, they were always trying to just circumnavigating the issue (created by themselves). During the second call they reached the extent to deliver totally WRONG information about the time with the only intent to SAY SOMETHING. In the middle of the night! Sending directions after a road change, they had the courage to simply write "in the nearby of...". Incredible. They are totally mad and unprofessional. Is this what UK deserves as its NATIONAL express? Well, at this stage, I can say probably yes!
