Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass

I have been a premium annula pass holder for myself and 6 year old son since early 2017 in that time i got very depressed and broke my wrist and fell into financial harship following a seperation from my marriage therefore myself and my son have only ever used our passes once for one day. i contacted merlin annula pass after much difficulty in trying to obtain contact information to ask if there could be an extension so that i can try and actually get some value from the passes and make memories with my son that i wasnt able to do last year. i was very honest about mt circumstances much to my embarrassment about it all as i am a very private person but felt i had to explain the situation honestly and openly./ that initial contact was never replied to and after chasing again was advised that the email address was not maned. i then followed the process on line and have been advised that a freeze of pass which sounds like a very long and frustrating process is my only option which does not help me at aall as i have explained the pases are due to expire any time. i am simply asking to give me some time to do some tihing s with my son with an extension. i paid hundreds for these passes and did not predict my circumstances would change so much so sadly. i am appaled by this level of servise
