Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass

My mother in law and her sister who are both in their 70's took our two children (7/8) to the london dungeon. They had a two for one voucher for the adults and my premium passes for the kids. Unfortunately i had left my pass in the wallet. My mother in law handed it all over at the till and all was fine. She then was stopped at a later queue where they confiscated my pass. She had no idea what was going on she does not go to attractions and things normally, this was a really big deal for her to take them into London.There was no financial benefit to using my pass as she had a 2 for 1 voucher. She had no idea what the system was and yet Merlin have refused to return my pass but have said they would be happy for me to buy another one. I think this is an outrageous way to drive some extra revenue. Appalling company, terrible customer service, they should be ashamed.
