Firstly I paid over £30 for tickets for the fireworks display on 28/10/17 with 3D glasses, when we arrived the staff had no idea what I was talking about showing them our tickets for this stating that as we were in the park it didn't make a difference, I'm livid to say the least that I paid this amount for no apparent reason. I then went to guest services to obtain a ride exit pass ( I have one for the other parks ) I had my blue badge and letters from DWP with my PIP entitlement( which is all the information I was told I needed by chessington world of adventure who issued my disabled exit pass ) only to be questioned by this young man in front of other visitors also in the building to go into specifics about each of my disabilities and how they affect me, I was absolutely mortified and disgusted that I was expected to give such personal information when the DWP has determined my disabilities are deemed exactly that by issuing PIP . I eventually got the app to help with the ride access only to find I could only access 1 ride at a time on the "countdown " so after a full day only accessed 3 rides , to have gained instant access would have cost £24 per ride for our party of 4 , this is quite frankly day light robbery when we've already paid for premium passes as well as the £32 for the fireworks. I had every intention of renewing my passes when they expire but currently I'm unsure after this visit. And I most certainly wouldn't go to legoland again .
