Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass
As Merlin annual pass holders we arrived at legoland on Tuesday 30th October. According to the legoland website this was a Green day and annual pass holders are allowed in. We arrived at Legoland at 9.30am and without any warning (there was nothing on the website) we were refused entry as the park was too busy. I am a premium annual pass member!! Our family stayed in a hotel on the Monday evening which costed over £100 and we arrived at legoland at 9.30am on Tuesday to be turned away!! This is outrageous. Wasted time, money, petrol and 2 thoroughly disappointed children. As a family theme park how can your conscious allow this to happen?
