Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass

Bought premium merlin pass last week & was not informed that the London eye would be closed for a month for refurbishment , the parks aren't open until March & am very disappointed , that when buying the passes which cost me over £400 we were not told we would not be able to use them to there full benifits Very disappointed Julie newell
