I am absolutely furiated that I have purchased the Merlin premium annual pass for my family costing a total of £420 and a child under 3 to travel today all the way to London pay for train tickets, to get to each attraction to be told we need a time slot and there were stupid times available 4/5pm that nobody wants due to tea time and travelling back home. Then to be told this can be done online for a £1 per person so £4 for my family for each attraction and then having time slots all day which we have to meet regardless of London traffic. This time slots was never around a couple of years ago when I purchased them, if I knew I would have paid so much money for them to not be able to get into any attraction on our family day out to have upset children wanting to see shrek and the sealife centre. Please tell me why I have purchased some waste of money cards that isn’t going to meet the purpose of the purchase as it says online unlimited use anytime anywhere this isn’t the fact and is far from the truth. Myself and my children are very disappointed in this service.
