Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass

Dear Sir/madam My annual premium passes were renewed recently by my cousin as I was away in Australia. As you do not send out renewals to which I don't understand why, she chose chessington as my collection due to close proximity to me. I have arranged to take my children along with their friends in the Easter holidays. I have since found out that I cannot collect my passes without the card payment holder OR use a letter of authority. I will not be meeting with her for several weeks so I am unable to use my passes during the holidays which is why I purchased them in the first place. The passes hold my details, photos of myself and my two children but yet I cannot collect them? This is absolutely ridiculous and will now cost me 5 entrance fees to chessington and leaves me unable to visit any other attractions in the holidays. I await your response. Kind regards
