Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass
I bought an annual pass for Thorpe Park on 08/04/2019, the pass hasnt arrived by 16/04/2019, the pass was needed for the 17/04/2017 as it hasnt arrived I bought a day ticket, customer service wrote 3 word responses all day and haven't offered advice or remedy, as I haven't recieved my purchase I want and I'm entitled to a refund.
