Complaint against Merlin Annual Pass

Good Morning Please could you give me the best contact email address for my problem ? I have been buying my Children annual passes for Christmas now for the last few years, and they continue to love the opportunity to have these passes. Every year I have sent them off with a letter from me to collect on the first visit to collect their passes this year I have been told I have to be there for them to collect ? this is absolutely impossible as I am disabled and struggle traveling especially the distance needed ? I have phoned up and said there is nothing u can do and they will refund the money. this is not the point my children want the passes but you are saying there is nothing can be done ? This seems ridiculous, surely there is something that can be done ? I can send my card ? Anything? Please let me know Ann
