I arrived in Gatwick Airport Easirent at 9.20 on Saturday with one person in front of me in the queue. I finally got my car at 10.40. The guy on the desk said it was because the car I had been allocated wasn't there - why not??? When it arrived he said to his buddy on the phone that my attitude was deplorable! when I returned it tanother staff member had terrible manners. Rather than a bit of courtesy, the car was taken back with a couple of grunts and 'you can go now'. I have never had such awful service and never seen a company that cares so little for its customers.
