Complaint against Holiday Gems

I sent a 4 page letter to Holiday Gems Stockport, this was not acknowledged. they would not correspond with me as i hadnt made the booking. They have now been told to make any future reference through me.Holiday Gems stated that they have not recieved the letter and they also want a letter from the doctor who seen in partner in Malta, the name and address was in the Bugguba Hotel reception.They seem to be putting the onus on us to prove that this happened Why would report this hotel with what was going on there, and what was shown in the Brouchure states . There was another issue that i didnt mention The emergence door was chained up at night. I did ask if they should send a rep to the hotel and view and see for themselves.Please help as they seem to be dragging there heals about this matter

We are legally not permitted to deal with any other person than the lead passenger until authority is received to the contrary. As this has now been given we have corresponded directly with the reviewer. He has advised that the 4 page letter was sent recorded but has yet to supply a tracking number so that we may ascertain if this was received. The onus is on the passenger to support the claims.
