Complaint against Holiday Gems
My daughter has just booked a holiday with this company paying in full Less than 24 hrs later received a phone call stating that there was no seats on the aircraft not only did they change times they changed airlines and airports then asking for a further £128.00 there response to me was that their online system is not therefore you booking & paying for a seat that doesn't exist How can they get away with this My daughter had no alternative but to pay the extra cost as only had a 7 day window for her holiday. Only now after reading all the appalling reviews of this company both on here and Trust pilot & Trip advisor dating back to 2012 how is this company allowed to operate ????????
