Complaint against Holiday Gems

I have booked two holidays for this summer with the company, and I’m now dreading them if the customer service received during the second booking process is anything to go by. Rude, unpleasant staff who refuse to facilitate complaints about their attitude, or even provide their names so complaints can be made. Really, really disappointed. I have sent a formal complaint to their email address so will update when/if I get a response.
