Complaint against Holiday Gems

Hi I booked a holiday with holiday gems to Turkey in August on arriving at Manchester airport was told by a member of monarch staff that holiday gems had not paid for my baggage so I had to pay again on arriving home I emailed the company with the details after hearing nothing back I called them and was told it was being prosessed after 5 more phone calls and 3 emails I've been given 3 different excuses of it's being prosessed it's waiting to be authorised it's been posted should be with you by Friday so I've called an spoke to a person i won't say her name and was basically told i have to email my enquiry because there to busy to trace my refund after being told lies and robbed i won't ever holiday with this company again
