After looking my holiday through thomas cook collapse we seen a price for hotel and flight and thought it was a good deal however after putting in my bank details and receiving email to say I will be contacted within 72 hours I find a bit long to my husband then ringing me to say they have taken the money from our account if I'm to not get holiday for that price you are holding our money which we can use for another not happy would not recommend
