Complaint against Holiday Gems
As far as I am concerned the service I have received has been worse than appalling. We didn’t received confirmation for months, we’ve had confirmation sent with other people’s name on it. Several demands for different amounts of money which never has added up and more to the point we were never advised of these charges. The balance has also changed for no reason. We have received another letter saying we have to pay now despite have numerous emails and copious amounts of phone calls.
