Can’t get my money back

Complaint against Holiday Gems

Booked a holiday with them online thought everything was fine but they then called few hours later to say holiday not available or if I wanted I needed to pay an extra £129 each plus £69 each baggage. Tried few options with them but nothing suited so asked them just to cancel as needed these exact dates. Said they would, that was over a week ago and although they haven’t taken money from my account I can’t get acces to it as bank said money to holiday gems pending so it’s stuck in limbo and it’s well over £1000 so i need this money back
