Complaint against Holiday Gems
I booked a holiday with holiday gems , when I did the booking it was for 16th July till the 24th July , I was not not told while doing the booking that I checkout on the 23rd July as my flight is on 24th , I was not told I would have no hotel after checkout, I should of been told this but they did not mention this at all, now I'm stuck with my family on holiday for one day without a hotel, I have spoke to hoildaygems regarding this but there are saying that I would have to pay the difference which is £300 I think this is wrong , I really want to have a full refund and book with another company that will give the correct information.
