Complaint against Holiday Gems
Booked and paid for holiday on Tuesday 5th September. Should have been going to the Algarve on 11th September. Received a call on Friday 8th September saying they couldn't find any availability in the accommodation I'd booked. My holiday booking was not given to Norma, (the person who rang me) until Friday morning. If it had been dealt with on Tuesday or even Wednesday there might have still been availability and I might have enjoyed a much needed holiday. I will never book a holiday with Holiday Gems again and I will suggest that my friends and family font either.
