Complaint against Holiday Gems

Arrived at hotel and bill had not been paid.

Unfortunately, the reviewer has not clarified that this was due to the collapse of the supplier with whom the accommodation had been booked. All payments made in resort have been refunded

Thank you 'A SPOKESMAN SAID' you got my money back after all this time! It must have took you 36 hours! I've been trying ever since 27th July, the day we arrived at the hotel. I phoned every day either couldn't get through or was continually fobbed off. Holiday Gems completely ruined my holiday as I worried the whole time. HAPPY now I've got my money and I got the chance to name and shame
