Complaint against Holiday Gems

I am writing to because my money refund to you company from Easyjet。please ,read blow the letter from Easyjet My booking number : S6886/190523: easyJet booking reference: EV7MZXB Total:£81.52 Thank you for contacting easyJet. Regarding your refund request, because you have made your booking via Holiday Gems, a third party, you will have to contact them directly for the refunde. The money was transferred to the payment card used to make the booking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, easyJet Resolution Support

There is a 5 day turnaround so would recommend that you call our after sales team

I still did not get my money refund。

That is correct Ms Yang, as we have received advice from the after sales team that the email sent on 19 September had only a reference number and no content. Our admin supervisor then responded and requested advice as to the query. This response was then only sent yesterday 18 October 20018 at 1312. It is now being addressed and we will need to have proof of the refund from the airline.

I send email to Holiday Gems last month, but I still did not get my money refund. The EasyJet send to me an email again, the money was transfer to Holiday Gems.
