Complaint against Holiday Gems

I booked a holiday with holiday gems for 8 nights in majorca. I booked a studio apartment. This was on my confirmation. However as i go to the hotel often i emailed them to ask for a specific studio. They told me a srandard room had been booked not an studio. Anyway i got to the hotel and i always take all my paperwork with me. On the 6th day reception rang me to ask what time we were getting picked up on the 7th day I asvised no we are here for 8 nights. The reception told me no the paperwork we have says 7. I went to reception as yes there paperwork holiday gems. Nadia ahmed said 7. Whilst all my paperwork said 8. I then rang holiday gems and was told a manager called stacy would ring me. Im still waiting. I had to pay 122.00 euros stay another night. My flights were also for 8 nights. Luckily the hotel let us stay on. I have had no reply from the email i sent to get my money back.

We are disappointed with the review but can confirm that, after the initial contact with our after sales team, the customer liaison department was not emailed with a formal complaint, with all receipts, which could be addressed through the correct channels. This information was also given on our Facebook messaging facility. We recommend that this is done immediately to avoid 'out of time' issue

The email was sent to you. It went through and it was delivered. Please send me the email address again. I will re send my email. I am out of time as it has been longer than 28 days since i cone back. But the email i sent was in the time frame. This whole business has given me extreme anxiety and when i was on holiday i felt that ill i was sick. All i want is reimbursing for nadias mistake
