Complaint against Holiday Gems
My transfers, during a fly/cruise holiday, were a complete disaster. We were not taken to our hotel, but dropped a 25 minutes walk away & we did not receive a private transfer to the port (as booked & paid for. I have sent them a number of e-mails, but their responses have ignored the issues raised. I want a refund of £100,as they were in breach of contract. They have offered me a £25 voucher off my next holiday. This is not compensation as many companies would offer this to a regular customer & it assumes I would travel with again, which I would not.
