[LAPSED] Paid Sept 2017...arrived at apartment. .NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING
Complaint against Holiday Gems
Having paid in full in Sept 2017....and been told the Name of the apartment. ..I waited for confirmation by email. Puerto del Carmen....Tropicana apartments. ..sounded lovely! After many calls and promised emails I had an atoll e document which I proudly displayed to the reception...but, he confirmed "NO RECORD OF BOOKING" ...during the following 3 nights and days calls to Holiday gems were useless.." its live on our screen"..pmsl....no email or phone contact with apartment owners or emails to me ! I can see that a trip to the small claims cut might be my only option.
