Complaint against Holiday Gems

Booking ref 20256 Hi I’ve been emailing you since April, around 10 days after booking our Egypt holiday with you. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to travel to that country. All I asked at the time was a transfer to another destination, due to the ignorance of your company I would like a full refund please. As I think you don’t deserve my custom, if you can’t reply to a simple email then I dread to think what would happen if I had an emergency on holiday. Regards Janet Haywood
