Complaint against Holiday Gems
Booked online, and paid in full,only then I was informed that I will be expecting a call to confirm in the next 72 hours. I received a call informing me that the holiday price had increased by £100, so I cancelled my order. They held onto my money (on hold with the bank) for days until I had to contact the bank to sort. The customer service is appalling and the staff need lessons in customer relations and manners!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS OR YOU MAY REGRET IT!!!!!!!
