Complaint against Holiday Gems
Booked holiday 2/5/19 paid in full via MasterCard. Have never had any corresponence from that at all. Have emailed 5 times. They say they reply within 72hrs? Have rung 4 times and my call cannot be taken due to high volume of calls. They tell you to try again later. How many times must I try? I am now concerned 20 days later that I cannot contact them and they haven't contacted me. I am now after a full refund so I can look at booking with a different company.
